We feel that valves really give the most rewarding insight into a musical performance which is why we are representatives of Icon Audio and their excellent range of tube amplification.

We are also collaborating with another company on the design of a hard wired moving coil only phono stage. The results so far are extremely encouraging and serious production is just about to commence.

This UK built phono-stage has an interestingly different circuit layout and is designed to have a high-end sound but very importantly to be a very low noise device.

With selected components matched to within 0.1 tolerances, it utilizes five valves and Takman carbon and metal resistors and Clarity caps to give a wonderfully warm and full bodied sound quality with great detail and lifelike presence.

Designed for low output moving coil cartridges only it is enclosed in a sturdy but no frills metal casing.

Because there is no middle man and no big advertising budget the £1,200.00 plus VAT price represents incredible value for money. It will have a one year parts (not on the valves) warranty, but as we see this as a long term project and reliability is a vitally important aspect of construction the warranty could be extended at our discretion
