Delivery

Delivery is normally free of charge on new products in the UK except for the hand crafted Hi-Fi furniture by Voodoo and secondhand equipment which will be charged at cost as well as non UK deliveries.

Returns Policy and Guarantee

Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. If you are unhappy in any way with your goods please telephone 01643 851351. However, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customers statutory rights not affected) . Before returning goods please contact us with details of carrier and date that goods will be received by us. With the exception of faulty goods, return postage and packing cannot be refunded and we will not give refunds on goods until the goods have been received back. Returned goods must be properly packed in their original packaging. For damaged, faulty or misdescribed goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage) or replace the item and refund your return postage costs. When returning goods, we recommend that you use registered post or carrier (appropriately insured), as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach us.

Pricing

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% and are correct at the time of posting on this website.

Any information entered in this site, for example your name and email address entered in our contact forms, will be used to contact you and keep in touch with you about your enquiry or about the product or service you have received from us, and will not be used for any other purpose.
