SME Model 10

The Model 10 is the youngest and smallest member of the SME family and was introduced in 1999 to make a more affordable SME turntable available to a wider audience. The Model 10`s sound has a strong resemblance to its bigger brothers but on a slightly smaller scale, nevertheless still very detailed, natural and uncoloured.

The Model 10 weighs in at 38lbs (16kg) with a platter weight of 9lbs (4.1kg) and is unsurpassed for the quality of its engineering and speed control. This neat, compact little turntable is just the size of an LP record plus the tone arm extension but offers exceptional value for money. A true audio bargain. Now available with an up-dated power supply for further improvements in performance.

We highly recommended a package of up-grades that is only available from us. This includes the Model 10 tonearm factory wired with MCS150 Silver wire. Our own high quality mains lead and our own 5mm "Cast" acrylic cover.

The cost of this package is £3,600.00 including UK delivery and will out perform the standard machine.

The Model 10 is suitable for all 9" & 10" SME tone arms from the M2-9 to the Series V.
